Speak2 can integrate to your existing pull cord system. This means that instead of requiring a resident to move to the location of the pull cord, they can get the same level of attention from anywhere in their room. Your pull cord system will continue to work as it currently does – alerts and tracking are not disrupted in any way by Speak2. But you will have the additive benefit of enabling the person to alert your facility via voice. What happens if they pull the cord? The same thing that happens now, with the addition of the pull event being captured by our system. What happens if someone says “Alexa, I need help.”? The staff is notified via the Speak2 system. The beauty of Speak2 is that if they ask for food, or for the temperature to be changed, or for the days events – Speak2 will know what they want and route the request to the right person.
